The Casting Call

TCC is an original comedy series that highlights the contradictions, truths, and genuine struggles of millennial Christians. It follows Mariah Carpenter, a 24-year-old struggling actress who traverses the fine line between faith and fame. She moves to Los Angeles with a strong conviction that she is "called," or divinely commissioned to be a positive influence in the entertainment industry. She is, however, met with surprising challenges, as her previous formulaic experiences of faith do not apply as seamlessly in Hollywood.
