Rangaaa

Shivpur, a lawless village, trembles under the reign of Ranga, a dacoit who believes himself to be unbeatable. His constant companion is Bhima, a six-foot-tall handwoven doll with a sinister voice that orders him to loot, kill, and dominate. Though merely a projection of Ranga's fractured psyche, Bhima is real enough to terrify the villagers. Enter Inspector Rathod, an encounter specialist known for his rationality and ruthlessness. At first, Shivpur seems eerily peaceful—no complaints, no FIRs, and no crimes reported. But Rathod soon learns the truth: the villagers are too terrified of Ranga to speak. When Ranga loots two bikers, and Bhima compels him to destroy the stolen bike he adores, Rathod seizes the moment to declare war. What begins as a straightforward hunt quickly descends into psychological warfare. Rathod kidnaps Ranga's son, bending the law to trap the outlaw. In retaliation, Ranga unleashes violence and bloodshed, reclaims his son, and exposes Rathod's vulnerability. Driven to desperation, Rathod escalates further by abducting Ranga's wife and luring him into a deadly showdown. The final confrontation leaves Rathod wounded while Ranga is fatally shot—not by Rathod's hand, but by a fearful constable. As Ranga dies, he mocks Rathod: "You couldn't kill me. You cheated." In that moment, Bhima's voice shifts from Ranga to Rathod, infecting his mind with the same demonic commands. Haunted by guilt and madness, Rathod returns home, his rationality shattered. As he tries to silence the voices with medication, Bhima's haunting laughter fills the room. The doll's shadow looms, though the doll itself is gone. Rathod realizes too late—evil doesn't die; it only changes hands.
