Affliction

On a clear summer night after a celebratory Cleveland CAVS win, Jay and his wife visit his old neighborhood for some of the best barbecue in town. Unbeknownst to Jay, evil is lurking just around the corner. From a nearby vehicle, three young thugs surveil the restaurant as they discuss their need for "real" money and who or where to rob to attain it sooner than later. When Jay's vehicle pulls up, the troublemakers are certain, at first sight, that he cannot be from the area. As the unfamiliar couple exits the restaurant and leaves, the thugs follow. Completion of their mission to make a quick "come up" will give the thugs much more than they bargained for and change the lives of all parties involved, FOREVER. A young man, broken beyond measure. Tempted. Tested. Will he trust God through his AFFLICTION?
