Sofazr The Movie Jiwa Kacau tells the story of a group of young people who call themselves Sofazr, they are too busy with stage shows until one day they complain to their manager Zack (Zul2by2) that they are tired and Zack has bought traditional medicine from Pak Mastur (Hamdan Ramli ) with the hope of curing their fatigue, but unfortunately after they drank the medicine they lost their memory and disturbed public order and resulted in them being sent to a Rehabilitation Center named "Disturbed Mental Rehabilitation Center" this is where they met Apong (Saiful Apek ), Kudin (Yassin Yahya), Remy (Tauke Jambu), Bob (Jep Sepahtu), Dr. Bada (AR Badul), Pak Abu (Hamid Gurkha) Attendant Kulai (Mamat Sepah), Attendant Ilya (Ilya Buang), Wak Herman (Herman Tino) and many more, various events and commotions that happened during their time at the mental rehabilitation center This mess, Zack and Wangi (Leez Rosli) try to find a medicine to restore their memories, will they all be restored?
