Future GPX Cyber Formula

The setting is the near future year of 2015. An automobile race featuring technologically advanced racing cars is gaining in popularity, featuring technologies such as hydrogen engines, room-temperature superconducting motors, and artificial intelligence for navigation. The adolescent boy Hayato Kazami launches a career as a professional driver and enters the Cyber Formula Grand Prix. He has to learn to adapt to fierce competition and frequent injuries. Meanwhile, Hayato falls in love with Asuka Sugo, his racing team's acting manager and mascot. She is the daughter of the racing team's owner, and she is a few years older that Hayato.
