Student Artyom Dudin goes to the south of Russia to follow beautiful athlete Ksyusha who captured his heart during a swimming competition. He is hopelessly romantic and is prepared to do anything for the love of his life. Even if it means stealing away the bride of Cossack Nikita, ruining the wedding of policeman Igor who happens to be the son of a local big shot, hiding from Ksyusha's enraged parents, stealing a rickshaw from entrepreneur Oleg, selling seafood with the locals and going to jail.
