Comrade Kuti Atiba, a freedom fighter and a lover of everyone both in the East, North, South and West is murdered when he decides to go into Politics to bring change into the Government. Mr President, who also felt the pain of his death, gives the Inspector General of Police 15 days to provide the killers of Comrade Kuti Atiba.
