Newman Street is the heart of a vibrant, modern day, Nigerian Urban slum. The story follows the lives of several individuals and families who inhabit the city streets. Life on Newman Street can be hard and the central characters struggle to improve their life and the lives of the ones they love. Through their struggles and triumphs their stories become interlinked with a common goal of bettering their life and the hope of someday escaping the poverty and realizing their dreams.
