Um Dia Qualquer

The festive atmosphere of the first Sunday after the Carnival is soon disrupted when Penha's son goes missing. Certain that his disappearance can only be the work of the militia commanded by former police officer Quirino, an old dislike, Penha will soon find out the consequences of doing justice with her own hands. Meanwhile a young man disappears others get together attempting to fill their lives with the main reality in which they are inserted: the Quirino Project. What was once a day like any other, now carries many days within. Under the masks and fantasies of another day at the Baixada Fluminense hides the intense reality of families and neighbors living under the rules of the ever-growing Rio's militia.
