Joseph's brother, Horse, hears voices. After their father attempts a mercy killing of Horse to save him from the mental institution, the brothers flee into the harsh elements of North Wales. While on the run from their father, Joseph must witness first hand the deranged side of his brothers' hauntings and cover his murderous path. As he seeks to find a cure for his brother through medication, he will soon learn that Horse is possessed by more than just an illness of the mind.
